We stand behind Cortiv8 with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return — no lengthy explanations required.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item does not need to be unused — we encourage you to actually try Cortiv8 before deciding. Whether your bottle is full, partially used, or empty, you are still covered within 90 days of receiving your order. Simply have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when you reach out.

How to start a return Contact us at contact@cortiv8.de to initiate the process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns submitted without prior approval will be rejected.

Damages and incorrect items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@cortiv8.de so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time. If you haven't received your refund after 3 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@cortiv8.de or through our contact form.
